Breathing
Activities to develop an awareness of breathing, and its effect on the being. ​
Relaxation
Exercises that increase the ability to consciously enter a state of physical, emotional and mental relaxation.

Plates
Introspective exercises that lead participants to experience the existence of an interior and exterior space simultaneously.
* To participate in any subsequent workshops, prior participation in the ATB1 introductory workshop is required.
